AIR CONDITIONING · JOHANNESBURG REPAIR HELP
Aircon not cooling?
A running fan with little cooling can be caused by several systems; it is not enough to identify a refrigerant problem.
Start with the symptoms.
Tell us whether the outdoor unit appears to run, what mode is selected and whether the fault affects one room or more. Photograph a displayed code rather than translating it into a guessed part.
What to send with your enquiry.
Send the indoor model, room details and safely visible outdoor-unit position. Include when cooling changed and any prior work or fault history.
Add your suburb or estate, who can meet the technician and whether the appliance is fitted or freestanding. If a model label is hidden, describe the appliance rather than moving it yourself.
A safe boundary.
Do not attempt electrical or refrigerant work. Avoid roofs, ladders or difficult access just to obtain a model label.
What the assessment should clarify.
An error code or symptom points the conversation in a useful direction, but it does not establish the faulty part. The assessment should explain what work is recommended and whether components are available for the actual model.
Confirm the assessment or call-out charge before booking. Discuss the repair quote, any parts order, further visit and applicable cover before approving work. Send an email enquiry or a WhatsApp message through this website; the team confirms appointments directly.
Repair or replace?
Compare the proposed work with the appliance’s overall condition and the cost of a suitable replacement. Include delivery and fitting in that comparison. For a relatively small fault, an assessment may reveal a practical repair; extensive damage or unavailable parts can change the decision.
